how do u adjust headlights on 98 civic?
 

Hey, one of my friends needs his headlights adjusted up badly, i found the adjustment screws and then swore some because id love to find the genius who put the screws there they are.

only way i see to get to em is either remove the air box and power steering pump or remove the headlights and adjust them.

ive read several civic forum sites and seems to be a consensus to remove the whole bumper, remove the lights, and then adjust them...seems to be an awful PITA...

I know at least someone on heres had to adjust them so whats the easiest way to do so?
