This site, GasSavers.org, has a great gaslog function where you can feed in that sort of data every time you get gas, as well as adding notes.

If you look to the left of this sentence and down a little, you'll see the names of my vehicles (Effram The Retarded Rabbit and Can-do truck) and their average MPG. Click one of the MPG figures to see my gaslog for that vehicle.

If you go to the "Garage" link at the top tab bar of the site, you can enter your Tundra and start a gaslog.

Besides automatically figuring your average and figuring a 90-day running average, it also charts your FE by tank...

That's the garage entry...so you've already got the hard part done. The easy part is entering each fill's info in the gaslog when you fill.
