There's a fourth type, too: The glass is twice as large as it needs to be.

Knew that one was just a matter of time...:)

I used to say "50% of it maximum capacity", but decided it worked better with it shorter.

I debated using this for my sig:

Engineers are people who work very hard at being lazy.

From a server administrator or network administrator's point of view, the glass is running at 50% load...

GasSavers_maximilian 03-23-2009 05:53 PM

This is starting to sound like the generic:

(fill in profession) do it (fill in double entendre)

theholycow 03-23-2009 06:05 PM

Network administrators do it with RJ45 jacks?

Server administrators do it with VMWare?

Storage administrators do it with SANity?

Mechanical engineers do it with....uhm....mechanics?

Civil engineers do it with civilians?

Electric engineers do it currently?

Day care workers do it with windshield washer fluid? (Too soon?)

At a day care, they were keeping common blue methanol washer fluid in the fridge. Why they would do such a thing, I don't know. Anyway, it was mistaken for Kool-Aid and given to the kids.

Oh, and...Engineers do it with engines.

They've got nothing on software engineers.
