City vs Highway driving pie chart slightly confusing at first glance

The problem with it is that on the chart, it shows highway on the left in orange and city on the right in teal. Underneath, where the words are, it has City on the left in teal and Highway on the right in orange.

Either flip-flop the words or the graph. I read the text and see City followed by Highway and my brain automatically puts the 40% as city and the 60% as highway even though it's the opposite.

That has been bothering me for a while now.

It is confusing.
