Where to find accurate lug pattern specifications
I am surprised at just how difficult it is to find bolt circle diameter / lug pattern, offset, and hub size specifications online. I get two different results for my 2008 VW Rabbit, for example. Does anyone have a good website for finding that info accurately?

Owners manual for me :)

The only thing I can think of is possibly going to a website that sells rims, perhaps tirerack or something.
I've NEVER seen wheel offset shown in an owners manual, those Jeeps certainly must be a different breed! -BC |
Yeah, I checked tirerack, VW forums, and a few sites claiming to list the info. I get two results for my Rabbit; it's either 5x100 or 5x112.

The reason you are getting 2 numbers ie because you are looking at wheels that have dual bolt patterns (to fit multiple applications). You need to search out a wheel that has a single bolt pattern. All the single bolt pattern wheels for that car are 5x112. |
Thanks. I had a line on some cheap wheels with almost-new tires. I don't care if I replace the wheels or not but I will need tires sooon, and figured that would be a cheap and easy way to get them. I'll have to keep looking.
