Easy Photo Mosaic Tool
 

Came across this easy to use photo mosaic tool. No account required if you have the images hosted somewhere else. If you do create an account, you can just upload the images and they'll host them and the mosaic too. Figured it'd be useful for those wanting to post a lot of before/after modification pictures. Here's an example:
