S.o.t.p

Anyone get that after changing or finding out something was wrong and correcting it I'm getting that right now. I been noticing some tire noise and it sounded like something stuck on a tire so i checked it out and both front tires had a bulge in the tread on the outside. I took it to the tire store where i had bought ther tires and the service writer said one tire was 5 year old. he pro-rated them and i also got the front end aligned and they gave me a paper with the before and after specs. the toe was out of specs on 3 tires Now according the my sg II i've picked up a lil bit. i check the tires and they had set all 4 at 37 psi. could that have been enough to hold me back?? or am i just being fooled again?? if not then i could possibly see a 40 mpg tank this summer. :D
