For Sale- 2001 Honda Insight- 79.9 Lifetime MPG!
 

Man did I hope this day would never come, but an impending relocation forces me to part with my Insight. Here are the details:

THE GOOD

Clear title
Two owner car- both non smokers
Monte Carlo Blue
84,500 miles
5 spd with AC
Bone stock
Dealer maintained since day one
Complete service documentation
All service up to date
Batteries replaced under warranty by Honda in 4/09
BCM/ECM replaced under warranty by Honda in '07
Drives great
Since purchase with 60k on the odometer, 79.9 LMPG
Routinely get 85, even 90-92 mpg commuting to work depending on conditions
Interior in great shape- no rips or stains and dash/headliner are pristine
Exterior is very good shape with only minimal rock chips on hood/front bumper
OEM Honda rear hatch cargo net included

THE LESS THEN GOOD

After a particularly torrential rain, the drivers seat belt is damp
The drivers door weather stripping is starting to show its age
That's it! No mechanical issues whatsoever

Clearly, to obtain my mpg #'s, this car enjoys life in the slow lane. I prefer a buyer who aims to continue to quest for 80+ LMPG

Gas prices are on the rise again- buy my car and laugh as 10.5 gallons can take you almost 900 miles! (Your mileage will vary depending on conditions and driving style, but the #'s presented are accurate and an indication of what the car is capable of)
