Looks like something Nintendo would've designed! Any idea what the make and model is?

Looks like a clown car. I'd use that for city driving, but I don't think I'd dare take something like that on the highway.

That shifter knob looks like it would snap off in a heartbeat...

I kind of like it, but I tend to view things more with function in mind. Besides, it's so cheery!
