"Your application has been approved."

YEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Finally, I have lived long enough to see it actually happen, on the day after my 59th birthday.

Congratulations. You may have explained this on another thread, but what exactly did you receive a patent for?

GasSavers_JoeBob 11-23-2009 04:14 PM

Excellent!

Fantastic news! Congratulations!

That is great news for all of us.

Now... to figure out how to mass-market & manufacture everything...

R.I.D.E. 11-24-2009 09:43 AM

Actually there is a group of investors who have been waiting for two events.

1---The Patent---marketable intellectual property

2---A functional Prototype-that can demonstrate efficiency.

1 is done
2 has been built but will require a few mods to work properly. Mostly that is a pressure relief port for the low pressure containment vessel, the drum that encloses all the working components and prevents any leakage.

It doesn't have to be a car, just a simple cart that you push in one direction to charge the accumulator, then release and let the pressure drive it in the opposite direction so the difference in the distance travelled will show the amount of return energy applied. We are looking for 85% in a low speed demonstration. Anything above that is gravy.

Gary

when you get this prototype running, can you post a vid?

(though it may be early for a demonstration and investors may want to keep it on the down low)

Now that you've finally gotten yours approved...

Patent applications for so-called green technologies will be put on the approval fast track thanks to a new pilot program announced Monday by the U.S. Commerce Department's Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
