I don't remember my Chevette eating brake parts more than any other car...mine ate starters instead -- nine of them in the 170k miles I drove it -- including the first one the day I was supposed to drive about 200 miles to be best man at a friends wedding (didn't make it, unfortunately)...thank Chief Auto Parts (now Autozone) for lifetime warranties!
