Bottom line: it feels great - and I do mean great - when I am riding it. My last bike was WAY too big and it had a 25 inch frame. This one's 23, with a sloping top tube to boot.

120 RPM, LOL. You obviously have no idea how I ride.

It feels "great" but for how long? 1 hour ride, 2 hour ride? how about after 40 or 60 miles?

With a bike like that, you ought to be spinning it up once in a while.. not just for determine the saddle height, but to fine tune your left/right leg strength and balance.

I rode 4600 miles in 2010, 1565 miles so far this year. All on my road bike. Hit over 30 mph on the flats, can spin 26 mph on a good day. I am 66 years old. Average ride is between 40 to 60 miles. Weather is great here in SoCal.

That's most impressive!

I've only ridden 1650 km so far this year, mostly on the new Cerv?lo. The longest ride so far was 75 miles, in about 4.5 hours. Super comfortable! Perfect, actually. Looking forward to the century ride I'll be doing in 2 weeks.

The weather here is not good for year-round riding, so for about 5 or 6 months the bike is parked. Otherwise I'd be doing over 6000 km a year, like if I lived in CA.

I was beginning to think all the roadies got run over by cars. Glad your bike fit is comfortable. I ride old school bikes, my main one is an 89 Trek 1400 Aluminum with all 105 with 52/39 7 speed 13/24. I have taken this up to 5000 feet of climbing. Now working on a 2002 Giant OCR3 triple to make it easier to go vertical. Ride safe.

I did the Axel Merckx Gran Fondo in Penticton BC on Sunday. 160 km, about 6 hours in the saddle (yes, low average speed). I was riding in my event jersey that I got Eddy Merckx and Axel Merckx to sign the day before. Eddy has been a hero of mine since 1969....

The Cerv?lo RS was totally awesome, super comfortable after 6 hours, I felt like I could have gone 3 more hours. Totally fresh.

Will do the same event next year.
