WTB Golf tdi - have '94 civic vx and cash to deal

I've been driving a '94 VX for almost a year now and have decided to look for a VW Golf tdi to replace it. I've never driven a Golf, so I'm not certan that I'll be selling, but if you have a Golf and want to talk a deal, please contact me. I'll consider buying Golf even if you're not interested in VX.
You can see pics of the car (before both front fenders have been replaced) and gaslog, click here.

The car runs great. it's never cut off at idle, the ac works (but not if the car sits in the sun for too long. I have fix info on that). i have two new rear suspension bars, extra complete passenger door.

I'm not looking to sell the VX outright just now. will only consider as part of purchase of Golf, maybe Jetta, tdi

Why would you want a Golf or Jetta? Those things are horribly unreliable, I know because not only because what has been said over and over pretty much everywhere but because I know people who personally have owned those vehicles saying so..

^^depends who you talk to, no their not as simple as old hondas but if you treat them right it's not uncommon to see them hit 300-400k before a rebuild is needed
