Okay, they are lights. But do a whole lotta lights, like the one in front
break the air-flow and help aerodynamics, I wonder?

I see those around here sometimes too.

That's not designed that way for aerodynamic reasons, it's for interior volume. Those carry expensive cars.

Did you notice that in the shots with the RV, that the Dodge truck in the right lane is covered with VG's as well?

All this stuff is vortex generators, BMW has em on the top of the mirrors, and they are supposed to reduce drag.
