I don't know about everybody else, but gas prices have been what I call "high" ever since they rose above about 1.50 US dollars a gallon. That was probably way before this forum was created. Anything over $1.50 is a rip off! Oh well nothing we can do about it. Even if it drops a bit it will always be a steady climb up.

I can remember during the 1st Gulf war gas prices in my town hit $1.30/Gal and at the time I thought that was outrageous.

Diesel only $8.33/gallon last fill-up. :) That's cheap, we've had around 10% higher gas prices last year.

Even at these prices lots of people drive SUV:s and the even more common big station wagons.
