Re: Need Help! Losing my mind!!!

I think I will wait on the weight reduction for next tank because I still haven't been able to fairly see the results of the new airdam since it was put on so late.
Shouldn't be much I'm trying to get 2 gauge wire since I heard 4 gauge is not enough and should only maybe increase at most maybe 8 lbs.
I believe that all the insulation in my door panels probably weighs more than the wires will.

a friend of mine is using a lawn mower battery instead of his car batter to save weight. he does autoX and he has seen improvements in his times. he also pointed out that the cold cranking amps of the smaller battery he has is actually pretty close to the regular car battery he had before.

it may be an economical alternative as you don't have to buy wire to relocate the battery and you save weight too.

he runs a mustang (turbo-4). he would be competitive but it is highly modified.

I will have to look into that thank you beef, but I wanted to do the battery relocation to clean up my bay anyway and because I want a little more weight in the rear.
I don't plan on doing a full wire tuck but I had wanted to move the battery into the trunk and move my radiator reservoir into the bumper. I will just be extending two hoses a little.

Just put up a bunch of new pictures of my air dam now, the grill mesh, my engine bay, and my new spoiler height if anyone wanted to see.
