Just saying hi. I just replaced my CRX HF with a Hyundai Veloster. THe CRX got better mileage, but sometimes you just want something new, ya know?

I'll miss the CRX's ease of maintenance. The thing is crazy easy to work on.

Oh, forgot to mention. My wife is taking delivery of a Chevy Volt next week. During the week we had it as a demo, she didn't use ANY gasoline. Pretty slick!

I'd love to read regular updates on the real-world life of a Volt.

I feel like Hyundai made a mistake naming the Veloster...I guess it's supposed to sound like a portmanteau of "velocity" and "roadster" or something, but it makes me think of poop. Anyway, like everything else in their lineup it has impressive EPA ratings. Please start a gaslog and keep us updated!

Did you get manual or automatic?

Yes, please give us updates on the Chevy Volt!!!! Really, everyone here would love to follow someone who owns one of these cars. I hope to own one myself someday when prices are more within my abilities to afford it! Until then, I would love to read anything you and your wife care to share! So please join in the discussion!
