Chevy volt low pressure area?
Look at the snow attached to the rear of the far left one...

What's even more remarkable, is that you found an entire pack. I was not aware that Chevy Volts were pack animals in the wild.

Re: Chevy volt low pressure area?
I imagine it was a post-release cold weather test, or maybe a Volt club.
Not my photo but it was taken in the past couple days by a user on another forum I'm on. We don't have that white stuff here yet although I fear it shall arrive without further ado. Any guesses why the one on the right has its plug in a different position than the others? |

Red-capped bit near bottom right of each car. Most have it coming through the bumper trim, the right-most car has it below the bumper trim.

Re: Chevy volt low pressure area?
The plug is by the driver's door. Looks just like the fuel fill door seen on the rear quarter panels in the photo.
Don't what the red thing is. I couldn't make it out in any other photos. I would guess the photo is of some test cars, and its a hook up for some instruments or drain for the gas tank. |

Holycow,
I don't have an conclusive explanation but given the others show signs of the early stages of a similar pattern of deposition to some extent , it may be the far left car has been on the road for a longer time and thus has more collected snow on the rear panel. It is possible they would all have something similar given enough distance and no interim cleaning. Best I can think of. Peter. |
