new member, with civic HX and VX

hello everyone. im from arizona. my 220000 mile '99 hx runs great, but i am here to get help with my 1994 civic vx. i am only getting 25 mpg... bleh.:thumbdown:
thanks to anyone who can steer me in the right direction.
