Pictures will not upload

I have been having problems uploading pics to my garages. It began a while back with my Fit, and now I can't upload pics of my del Sol.

Suggestions?

I just tried uploading various pics to my garage and had no problems. What type of problem are you having?

I keep getting the following error message:

"There was an error encountered with your upload:

Upload of file failed."

I am trying to upload jpeg files. Will that not work? I think all my other files were shot on the same camera, transferred from the same computer.

I will look into it, it should work. If its a type not supported, it should say its not supported, not give you a failed message. In any event, I upload *.JPG files all the time. Maybe its a setting in your browser? Have you tried another browser?

Thanks. I will check the file sizes. If they are too big, I wonder if I can decrease the file sizes somehow.

I understand that cameras are creating bigger and bigger jpg files now than when the site was setup. If any of these values need to be expanded, just let me know.

That might help. All the pics for my other cars were uploaded from the same camera. Maybe they were just under the size limit.

Ok, I added an extra zero to the max file size for *jpg and *jpeg files. Try it again.

No dice. Maybe I can email the pics to my wife's computer and try it on hers. I have no idea why I cannot upload.
