This is incredible. Write the names of these people down. Then look out for thier obituaries within the next two years. So it goes...

Where are the studies?

Checked this company out, and they are for real! https://www.blacklightpower.com/profile.shtml
and they are in New Jersey, so there is hope for that smell after all!
Finding the research has proven more difficult, at least outside of those papers on the above website. The most verbose public database for physics papers is at https://www.arxiv.org/multi?group=physics&%2Ffind=Search however there doesn't seem to be anything there, sans a couple of articles about "hot" hydrogen. Cranbury, NY, is only about 5 miles from Englishtown, which is the drag racing capital of the New York metropolitan area :D, and the second stage of the Saturn V was an Oxygen-Hydrogen motor, hang on, let me get a pad an pencil...brb!
