Best Tires for Fuel Efficiency?

Hello All! I just purchased my first VX and drove it home 185 miles yesterday! I got 62 MPG. I was stunned and didn't expect it to be nearly that high! That was on crappy tires, all different makes and through a long stretch of redlights! That brings me to my questions. I have 13" steel wheels. 1- Can I get as good of fuel economy from 13" wheels? 2-If I change my wheel size what is the optimum size wheel and tire to go with? 3-What does everyone think about Low Rolling Resistance tires? 4- If I can find the stock vx aluminum alloy wheels are they as fuel efficient as anything else? Any info is greatly appreciated! :)

The stock VX wheels are special lightweight wheels. Reducing the weight of the wheel enhances economy. LRR tires are also a must if you're looking to maximize economy. I hear good reviews out there for the Michelin Defender series of LRR tires, but I do not know if they are available in a size to fit the VX. I have a set of Michelin Latitude Tour LRR tires on my Escape Hybrid and love them.
