Antifreeze, Oil, Transmission oil......

What's the best antifreeze to use in a 94 VX with the D15Z1 engine? It has green Advance antifreeze now. I was told by Honda that I should switch to their blue antifreeze. Opinions about doing the switch? If I do the switch should I flush the system with only water? Should I take the heater core hoses off to flush the heater core?

Any opinions about the best oil to use in this VX with 205,000 miles? I've put castrol 5w30 in but am curious about synthetic or running 10w30. When I bought it, it supposedly had 10w30. It seems to be running better than it was. It was smooth before but is idling even better and seems like everything is working ideally. I do have one slow leak which I am thinking and hoping is only the vtec solenoid gasket. I changed the distributor o-ring already.

It's running fine. The idle is good. Fuel economy is good. I'm mainly wanting a consensus on what the best fluids for the VX are?! Any input is appreciated. :)

I have been running the green antifreeze in my 94 accord and 87 civic/crx for years without any issues.
