The belly of it is the biggest improvement.

What's ironic is all that stuff is at least 150lbs more and he is still gaining mpg even though the truck weighs more.

I'm am so going to do the belly of my car!!!!!!!!!!
I drive a little less on the freeway but 32mpg would make my mpg jump up. Well I already do get 31-32mpg on the freeway but more is always better.

BTW, those hubcaps can be bought on the internet for any car. I forgot the link.

28% increase in fuel economy. Just with that airdonamic stuff.

Wow.

I heard about this article not too long ago but I have been unable to find it. Kudos for posting it.

I would like to do the wind difusser under my car as well as the rear wheel covers. I think something like this would be awesome.

I'm definetly going to do the wind diffuser. The wind diffuser gave him the biggest mileage increase anyway.

I went to home depot and all

I went to home depot and all the materials are there. No more than $50-60 should be spent.

That's a very good question. I don't think that it will warp considering that so many people have made these defusers before. We might have to choose the correct metal however to avoid complications. This is definately a project for the summer time.

The metal at home depot

The metal at home depot didn't look like aluminum. It looked like the same metal used right next to the muffler that protects the car from heat.

Metal should not warp. Cat

Metal should not warp. Cat is hot as hell but that heat diffuses pretty quickly.

Ok, so I will do this then.

Ok, so I will do this then. I'm thinking of getting zip ties that can be taken off instead of cutting them everytime I try to take the metal off.

Saw a video of the undercarrage of a Ferrari F430, NSX, GT3 and other sports cars. The Ferrari had EVERYTHING covered under the car. Even where the engine is there is a cover there against wind.
