Hello - Help needed please
 

Hi just joined up as I am always tracking my mpg so having a site that records it seemed a good idea! But how do I do about using the City vs Highway part of the site? Is it just a guess?

For the most part it is a guess. Assuming you are in the US, here are the details on the EPA test cycles: https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/fe_test_schedules.shtml

City involves lots of stops and low average speeds, around 21mph. Meanwhile, the highway doesn't have stops, but its average speed is lower than what you most likely think of as highway.

Ok thanks. I'm in the UK. Still none the wiser haha I'll just stick to logging my mpg I think!
