Wont add fuel up

It keeps kicking me back to the "miles" section after i click add fuel up. it will not add it. using the app on my android.

Seconding this. Using a Droid 4, 4.1.2. Exactly the same symptoms as the previous poster. Also, the new Android app is no where as user-friendly as the previous version; it's more difficult to add a fuel-up as there the page looks and acts more like the full version of the web site than a mobile app.

Similar here. Except mine keeps taking me back to gallons. Droid Bionic running 4.1.2.

I'm sorry you all are having trouble!

I assume you're referring to: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...com.fuelly.app
as the "app" you're using?
Try going directly to the mobile site via m.fuelly.com and see if the problem persists. The "app" referenced above is merely a shortcut/quick launcher to the mobile site.
I just added 3 fuel-ups to test this, and am unable to replicate any problems on my end. Both using the "app" and straight through my browser.

Fuelly Mobile is not a mobile app, but a condensed mobile-friendly version of the main site. As it always has been. It's just been cleaned up with minor bug fixes since the change to the main site.
Please try accessing the site directly from your browser at m.fuelly.com to see if you're problems persist.

I am having the same trouble on my android. If I have to go to the website every time it makes adding my fuel up inconvenient. Will you guys be working on a fix for this?

gstein42 07-12-2014 08:36 PM

What version of Android are you running?
If you go directly to m.fuelly.com do you still have the issue with the cursor "jumping" around?
Are you ever able to hit Submit?

Can you elaborate more on this? What part of the site is giving you trouble? What formatting are you referring to?

Thanks!

freddie 07-15-2014 12:42 PM

What browser(s) are you using?

Gael 07-16-2014 03:34 PM

Same issue here, it bumps me back to "Gallons". I have a Droid 4 with Android Version 4.1.2

I'm unsure which browser it has me using fuelly on, I have the default Android Browser installed, as well as Chrome.

I'll try the m.fuelly.com directly from the browser on my next fill-up.
