Wont add fuel up
It keeps kicking me back to the "miles" section after i click add fuel up. it will not add it. using the app on my android.

Seconding this. Using a Droid 4, 4.1.2. Exactly the same symptoms as the previous poster. Also, the new Android app is no where as user-friendly as the previous version; it's more difficult to add a fuel-up as there the page looks and acts more like the full version of the web site than a mobile app.

Similar here. Except mine keeps taking me back to gallons. Droid Bionic running 4.1.2.

I'm sorry you all are having trouble!

as the "app" you're using? Try going directly to the mobile site via m.fuelly.com and see if the problem persists. The "app" referenced above is merely a shortcut/quick launcher to the mobile site. I just added 3 fuel-ups to test this, and am unable to replicate any problems on my end. Both using the "app" and straight through my browser. Quote:
Please try accessing the site directly from your browser at m.fuelly.com to see if you're problems persist. Quote:
--- Also, are you using the stock browser or something different? |
I am having the same trouble on my android. If I have to go to the website every time it makes adding my fuel up inconvenient. Will you guys be working on a fix for this?
|
can confirm, also having issues adding fuel ups from android using the "fuelly app" as well as from the browser

fuelly mobile app will not accept new inputs
InputsI Have AN Android Moto RaZr Maxx. it All Looks Correct And Appears to Be Working Until I Go To Log The Fuel Up. Then The Cursor Will Jump To Gallons used And Not update no matter How Many Times One Retries. Full Site Works But Doesnt Like My DeVices Formating. Please Fix Or Help I Dont Use Too Many Apps, But Did Like This one. thx

What version of Android are you running?
If you go directly to m.fuelly.com do you still have the issue with the cursor "jumping" around? Are you ever able to hit Submit? Quote:
Thanks! |
What browser(s) are you using?
|
Same issue here, it bumps me back to "Gallons". I have a Droid 4 with Android Version 4.1.2
I'm unsure which browser it has me using fuelly on, I have the default Android Browser installed, as well as Chrome. I'll try the m.fuelly.com directly from the browser on my next fill-up. |
