Fuelly really doesn't like Plugins...

I get that you don't want to track the KWh of the car, but I still burn gas. It really did take me 4 months between fueling and 4,200+ miles, but fuelly show 0 miles under tank number 7 for the 13 month old car. Why is that? Is there a way to get a person to go ahead and mark the 4264.7 miles?

I don't have to be a hyper miler to do it. At least other plugs should be able to look and compare, not just register a 0.

UPDATE: TRial and error show that at 4000 miles on a tank, Fuelly rolls over back to 0. I adjusted the odometer to show over 3900 miles and it went through. I guess I need to floor it at lights more so I don't go over 4k on the next tnak. :D

Fuelly isn't set up (yet) to track electricity used and therefore the conversion to MPGe isn't present.

A vehicle running on only gas, would not normally get 200-300MPG, therefore it throws it out as a mistake/error.

Your logbook makes it seem like you traveled 2000 miles on a single tank of gas, but fails to register the amount of electricity used.

I'm in that boat too. The sites nanny filters are showing my Volt as 0 miles as well.

Also my car does not show up when searching for Volts, which is a real problem that should be addressed ASAP.

I wonder how many other Volts are here and not listed in any search? You do a great dis-service by hiding the truth of this wonderful gas saving car like you do.

I had no problems finding your car.

Well, yeah, once you know what it's called. I'm talking about searching for every Volt on the site. Start here: https://www.fuelly.com/car/chevrolet/volt
Says 79 total, and of that 6 are 2011. Under 2011 it says "Show All", when you select that, my car is NOT one of the 6. Why is that, and how many other Volts are in the same boat?

Nanny filters at work.

I see yours is 3rd on that list.
You don't see it initially (without hitting Show All) because you currently have no MPG data to display.

Fuelly was not originally designed to track Electric vehicles. However, it is on our roadmap for a future update. With the recent changes we're now capable of opening up tracking for MPGe vehicles. We're still squashing bugs but this is on our list that we'll be focusing on soon.

In the meantime, we'll likely be able to enable it so you can see your MPG on your vehicle's profile, but it won't be publicly visible on the Vehicle page (it'll look like it does now, except you'll see your 1200MPG on your page instead of a blank space).

Mine was missing until I clicked 'show all'

Im confused because if I hide cars with 0 mpg my car disappears, and I don't have zero mpg.

Another thing that's wrong. Fuelly shows 13 Volts with miles, but if you click 'show all' it goes up to 44. If you count the number of cars showing 0 miles it's 21. 13 + 21 does not equal 44.

You're referring to this page:
https://www.fuelly.com/car/chevrolet/volt/2014
yes?
I count 21 vehicles listed.
This displays all vehicles with a MPG figure AND have at least 3 fill-ups.

I show your vehicle only has one fill-up.

This is why you see your vehicle displayed when you click Show All:
https://www.fuelly.com/car/Chevrolet/Volt/2014/all
"Show All" displays those with 0.0MPG and/or do not have at least 3 fill-ups logged.

If you count all the vehicles listed after clicking Show All, I count 44.
