mobile app not working

when i use icon for my mobile app, it takes me to Optimum Online sign in page....whats up with that ???

Is Optimum your ISP?

Which app are you using? What device? Android or iOS?

A little more information would be greatly appreciated so we can look into this further and find a resolution as quickly as possible for you.
