mobile and pc problems
 

multiple problems....mobile redirecting to odd sites....if it does connect it will not compute info that is entered....pc app will not accept typed info....drop down box shows suggestions but no text in field

Hi - thanks for reporting problems - can you supply more details so we can look at this?

What others sites is it directing to - do you remember the URLs?
What is the specific "app" you mean when you say "pc app" Do you mean a regular browser? if so, what browser?

on mobile (droid) i can enter all new info but when i click "add fill up", it goes back to data fields almost like required info wasn't entered

on my pc, using firefox browser, cursor appears in data field bt when info is typed in, no characters show in field but a drop box will show previous entries

i hope that this was a little clearer

the url that it directed to was Optimum Online sign in page ( i am not a customer of theirs )

Are you using the Fuelly Web App?
What if you went directly to "m.fuelly.com" from your phone's stock browser? Any issues then?
What device and OS are you using?

As for the Firefox issue. What version of FF? Have you tried another browser? Same issues?

Did you accidentally click on a link/ad to get redirected to Optimum? Did you type Fuelly into the address bar and were immediately taken elsewhere?
