All Data Lost??? Synch Occurred on Aug 18, 2013 when I upgraded to full version??
 

HI, I bought the official version of GasBuddy on Monday 18 August 2014. Afterward I synched all my data from the free version (after I transferred it) and was using my current email address on my account. Now I have restored my phone and now I cannot recover any data?? PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY!!

Unfortunately, I looked up all three email addresses in the Gas Cubby database and while all 3 have been set up for sync (and they all point back to one account) that one account was created very recently and did not have any gas log entries synced at all.

When you upgraded from Gas Cubby free to paid did the app appear to have migrated your fuelups and then they disappeared? Do you still have the free version on your device?

Unfortunately the server doesn't have anything beyond your basic account information from being recently set up so unless the entries are still on your device in the free version I'm afraid they may have never been synced to the server. The Gas Cubby server never deletes data unless the user requests it so it appears the data was never originally synced.

That's really bad! Ugh

I have the CSV files from Aug 11, is there a way to reimport them into the app? And I guess I can record everything else from credit card statements, minus the milage
