aCar for Windows PC?

Is there (or will it ever be) an aCar app for Windows PC?
I would like to see (and enter) data in a PC in addition to the mobile

Not a Windows app, at least not in the near future.
But you'll soon be able to enter/view/edit your data online here at Fuelly.com!

Thanks Robert, that will work for me. Any idea when?

We're wrapping up the Gas Cubby (iOS) and Fuelly sync function and should have that completed in the coming weeks.

I'd say maybe a couple of months or so to ensure a smooth transition and account for any potential bugs that are uncovered along the way.

is there any windows software that will read my acar backups or is it yet possible to upload that file to here for reading and editing and reports

I'm unfamiliar with Windows apps, especially any that may read aCar data. I'm sure they exist, since you can export your data to a CSV format that is pretty common.

With a little tweaking/editing you can import the aCar file to Fuelly.com, but it's not a direct upload just yet.

Is the ability to add/edit data for aCar on FUELLY.com available yet? If so where do we go to start entering data?

You can import your fill up data via CSV into Fuelly, but currently sync between aCar and the website is not established. We are currently still internally testing the new build.

Is there a rough ETA when you expect the new build will be released?

I love aCar, but touch-typing substantial repairs (where I prefer listing every single new part installed) on a tiny phone is no fun.

We hope to be in beta later this year.

You can start adding Service entries on fuelly now if you'd like. They are listed under Notes- https://www.fuelly.com/events/create

Awesome. Will report back if I experience any issues.

Oh one quick follow up, will data entered on the fuelly website be pushed down to my device's aCar instance?

No, integration is not complete, so sync is not yet available.

Ah, that's important. What happens to data on either aCar or Fuelly.com when sync is turned on? Which data gets deleted?

We never delete data.
We'll handle it like we are handling the iOS migration. You'll have 2 vehicle profiles (1-aCar Vehicle and 1-Fuelly.com vehicle). You can then decide which you'd like to keep, but you'll have both available so you can ensure data matches/migrated correctly.

There's no application for Pc yet but you're still able to install Android apps on Pc with Android emulator like Nox, BlueStacks, or MEmu (get aCar apk file directly from Play Store with Download aCar - Car Management, Mileage for PC - choilieng.com or from apk mirror) but the app would run a little laggy if your PC memory is insufficient.
