Welcome Programmer!

Welcome Programmer. I just checked out the web site you linked us to in your first post.

Please tell us more about what you do. I'd be interested in knowing how much room is available to safely alter the ECU of any given car to increase fuel economy. How much fuel economy can typically be gained by doing this?

What got you into the field?

I am especially interested in what I read on your website about ignition timing and being able to use the full cylinder pressure. It makes sense to me that there is torque to be gained by doing that with no increase in fuel consumption. I hope to be reprogramming my ecu in the next few weeks and was going to concentrate on reducing the ECT and IAT multiplier and maybe a few tweaks to the fuel table. I hadnt planned on messing with the timing because I wouldn't know what to do. Do you have any programming advice for me? The focus is on increaseing fuel efficiency on a 93 Del Sol S, 1.5L 5 speed.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
