iPhone vs website discrepancies
 

I just entered my 3rd fill today on my iPhone. When I look at the app it says 3 logs but only 242 miles which was the distance of the first fill only. The app also says 49.4 avg., 56.6 last which was the correct mpg for the last fill and 49.3 best. How can the best be 0.1 below the avg. and obviously not the true best which was the last fill?

On the website here it says 52.0 avg. which sounds more accurate since the 56.6 last mpg was for about 40% of the total mileage. So, do I need to do something on my iPhone to get accurate numbers?

Sounds like it's not syncing like it should. You can try forcing a sync of all vehicles by opening the left side menu and pulling/swiping down. Or you can also sync the individual vehicle by pulling down on any page (vehicle info or logs).

Interesting. Pulling down on the Prius page caused the avg/last/best figures to update to the correct figures. The total distance tracked remained unchanged at 242 miles though, the amount from the first fill entered.

IPhone issue on Gastracker+

I am a new user to Fuelly and Gastracker+.
I have done 3 fuel ups and can see my MPG (l/100km) on the website, but on the app the fields for l/100km are blank. Any ideas why that would be?

Have you tried forcing a sync like suggested in the post you quoted? Or logging out and then back in?

We've noted that automatic syncing seems to be spotty. Latest internal build has a fix for that. It'll be pushed out soon.

App crashes every time, repeatably, when I try to force sync by swiping down on the left menu.

Never knew this functionality existed, so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
