Need advice on opening a company
 

Hello all I am planning to open a SEO Company in India as I am having a group of friends who are experienced in this field an are well aware of search engine optimization. But we are not experienced in managing business as we have just completed our studies.So can anyone help me out regarding how to start and manage a business. Its a team of around 8 to 10 that's all. Any help would be appreciated.
