Where does Fuelly get the location of stations from?

When I fuel up, I try to enter as much detail as possible in the Android app. One of the fields is "station location" or something similar and presents a pick-list of nearby stations. At most stations at which I stop, I can pick the right one. However, at one particular place (a Costco, so it's not some obscure hole-in-the-wall), that station doesn't appear. The nearest station listed is a pair of Asian characters and the pick list indicates that "station" is a couple of miles away.

My question is, where does Fuelly source its station locations? I want to add this Costco. It exists in Google Maps, in Waze, and in GasBuddy. So I presume Fuelly has its own master database of stations, but figuring out how to contribute to it is next to impossible!

Any help will be, of course, greatly appreciated.
