Duplicate Refuels
 

Upgrade from GC 2.7 to 3.0 went much like other users' experiences - however I have one other issue. One of my vehicles now tells me I have refuelled it on average 44 times a week for a total refuelling cost of $1.3M!!
How can I easily remove the multiple duplicates of each refuel?
The web site crashes if I try that option.
The iOS app doesn't crash - but it is hellishly laborious doing it entry by entry as I have over 17,000 refuels to review.

dc059, Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. When did you upgrade from 2.7 to 3.0? Have you tried to rerun the upgrade (instructions found here)?

1st upgrade was very soon after the update was released - updated again on 10 Sep. The duplicates whilst evident after 1st update multiplied significantly on the 2nd update.

We have looked at the cause of the issues that you are seeing in your data. There was some rounding issues in the odometer value that was causing duplicate records to be stored. In addition, I tested syncing of your data and the data looks good.

If you re-migrate your data, you should be fine now.
