Sync
When I go to sync on an ios device the sync symbol just keeps spinning and locks up the app, even let it do that over night.The only way to get back to using the app is to kill it and restart it.It does seem to sync info to web site.
Any suggestions? |

I am seeing this exact same behavior too. I am running on a iOS 10, but it did the same on iOS 9 as well. I also removed all duplicate reminders prior to trying to sync. |
I too experience the "hanging" sync all data. I read the note with this latest update that new entries automatically sync so as to be picked up by other devices running the app, but the "sync all data" is supposed to force a sync. I guess I don't understand why it's necessary if new entries sync automatically, but why is it now not completing? Does it mean I have data corruption? It did complete several weeks ago.

I sent a note via the "Feedback" mechanism in the app and got a reply. The developers will be looking into the problem. If you lost data, let them know.

I discovered that on on iPad, by deleting the app and reinstalling, it sync'd fine with the "sync all data." So since the data all appeared to be there correctly, I deleted the app on my primary recording device, my iPhone, and reinstalled. It then sync'd when I logged into my account, and ALSO now completes when I touch "sync all data." So I think I'm all fixed again.
