Reminders in Dashboard zeroing out

When i login online to the Dashboard, hitting any button on the reminders (the display ## records drop down or "next" page button makes the mileage on my reminders/"next notice" column zero out.

I haven't seen this issue and didn't see it when I checked your profile, but will pass this along to our web developer to see what he can find.

What O/S and browser version are you using?

I'm having the same issue. If I look at the reminders when I first open the page, they look OK. But if I move to the second page or increase the number displayed, some go to 0. Screenshots below:

Data appears correct on first view.

Increased number displayed from 10 to 20. Now many reminders are showing 0 miles.

Try logging out and logging in again to see if this changes the reminders and post the result.

No change in behavior:

View when first opening page

View next 10 results, reminders showing 0 miles.

Go back to first 10 results, now showing 0 miles where they were previously correct.

If I refresh the entire page, then they return to normal.

Happening on Chrome on Windows 7.

Give it a test now. Let me know if you see any issues.

It's working well for me now. No issues when moving through pages of reminders or changing the display number.

Thanks for the fix! One other question, is there a way to sort that list? The column headers are clickable, but they don't change anything. Not sure what the ordering is right now, but it makes it difficult to find the reminder I'm looking for.

There is no sort ability at this time.
