Can Falling Battery Prices Push Electric Cars?
"...(Tesla Model S) battery now costs around $23,000, as opposed to $100,000 a couple of years ago."

A 77% drop in price since 2010. There's a full 26 page PDF report I plan on reading later at the bottom of this Webpage:

Great article, Paul.

To paraphrase... "2016 battery costs for car builders is $227/kwh, while Tesla's Gigafactory is producing at $190/kwh and is aiming for UNDER $100/kwh by 2020."
