Not sure how much of that is true, but interesting none the less. Here, you can receive an on the spot fine for having no windscreen washer fluid, even if you just used the last drop!

One law I'm glad they just bought in, it's illegal to smoke in a car with children, should have been bought in years ago.

Illegal to smoke in a car with children? A good lawyer would say that means it's okay for children to smoke when alone in a car. ;)

Yes, and even though it's legal to smoke at 16, it's illegal to buy tobacco until youre 18. Weird huh?
