Gas Cubby won't open
 

I'm actually having two problems with the Gas Cubby app. They aren't related, but one is hindering the troubleshooting of the other...

First, when migrating to the new version of Gas Cubby, I deleted the old Gas Cubby app from my wife's iPhone 7 to clear everything out. The app store now wants me to pay for the app again on her phone. We have family sharing turned on. This may be something simple that I'm missing in our account settings somewhere. Any ideas?

Problem two, every time I try to open Gas Cubby v3 on my iPhone 5s, it crashes without opening. I used the new version for several months before this problem developed. It's been crashing for a couple months now. I kept hoping the next update might fix it. I thought about deleting the app and re downloading it, but I'm afraid, because of the above problem, that it might try to charge me again for the app. I'm also afraid of losing my custom reminder settings. They've never quite showed up right on the Fuelly web site.

Anybody have any recommendations?

For the first issue with iTunes wanting to charge you again, you will need to contact Apple Support for help. Or another user may have ideas, I do not have experience with sharing apps.

If you are having trouble with your app crashing, please delete and re-install from the app store. Login by clicking "Set Up Sync" and the data will sync from Fuelly back to your phone.
