Lost 4 years worth of miles

not sure when it happened as i don't fill this truck up as much as i used to, but, i noticed this past monday when i texted in my fill up, the average number i got back was about 3 mpg lower than it always had been

so, i go onto the site today finally, and all my logs that were strictly trip odo based have no more miles displayed on them

i had switched this truck to odo mileage, somewhere in december of last year, and until now, that didn't change any of my older logs

what happened?

and now my overall mileage, which showed something like 36k, just a couple weeks ago, only shows just over 2k

Same problem here, I have lost all my data before 2017. I think the problem is related with the tracking system because I have lost all the data tracked by trip km (I changed to the odometer reading this year). Is there any solution?

i really, really hope i ain't got to go back to my 2 old phones and re enter in like 80 fill ups...but i may do that, maybe just a few of them haha

unless there's any way they can fix this

so really, nothing? no help whatsoever?

i've been using this thing for 7 years now and 4 different vehicles, and have never had a bad experience until this...i would like this to be rectified

I'd click the support link under the community drop down menu in the upper right corner of the screen and contact support. They only check the forum once in a while.

Whats the fix - I did the same first fill in a year on my bike and bam all odometer readings gone.... what the ????

If as noted more than a few documented - why is there no support staff helping in this thread rather than contacting support individually ?

It looks like there was a switch from Trip Distance tracking to Odometer tracking. Fuelly will remove the Trip Distances because non sequential odometer readings are not allowed.
