Duplicate parts for different year same car
 

I have 2 Fox Mustangs 1991 and 1993 5.0 I am look for a way to duplicate the parts for the cars. Currently all parts and numbers are in my 1991 Mustang in acar, I want to copy the parts to my 1993 car. I have ask development but until they can add this does anyone have an idea how to do this. I tried exporting parts changing 1991 to 1993 and reimporting but I can't import parts. Any ideas would be helpful.

The only difference is 1991 is a convertible and my 1993 is a hatchback 99.9% of the parts are the same. Only convertible or hatchback top parts are different.

I believe that there is a bug with the Parts import. Once that is resolved, you should be able to do this by the method that you've already tried.
