Can't export a date range of fuel ups

Hi,

Each month I am trying to export a date range of fuel ups, but whenever I try I get an error message.

EG I am selecting 01/01/18 - 31/01/18 but it says:

The From Date needs to be before the To Date
To Date:
The To Date is not a valid date

Anybody help? I have to export all drives then delete the unwanted ones.
Thanks

I was able to export that date range for your Mini. Is this error vehicle specific or is it happen with all of your vehicles?

Hi
It is only my BMW that I need to export a date range. Following your comments, I tried the Mini and that works as you have mentioned, but the BMW still won't export a date range.

Please use the Contact Support in the app. Make sure to include your backup data and let me know what date range you're looking for.

I'll see what I can do. I will be travelling tomorrow, so if you send it tonight, I should be able to look before going to the airport. If not, it will be late Thursday or Friday before I get a chance.

I'm getting a similar problem.
It didn't like 24/03/2018 as chosen by the date picker widget on the website.

If I retyped it in the daft USAian form of 03/24/2018 it did work, but exported about dozen or so rows before that date anyway.

Not very good.
