2019 Hyundai ioniq MPG

We purchased this vehicle may 15 and have driven it 850 miles. We drive from 7000 feet elevation down to 4500 feet elevation , some town driving and back home. We drive at 55 mph.
Our mpg is an outstanding 71.2 mpg.
I expected about 55 but this is just amazing.
FYI.

That's incredibly good. Post a photo or three when you get a chance.

Do not rely 100% on the cars computer as these can often be inacurate. On your dash, it's showing 33 ish MPG for me? Did you add a fuel up incorrectly?

Are you driving the standard hybrid or plug in? Starting every day with a fully charged battery instead of using engine and regen brakes would make a huge difference.

This is all driving 50-55 mph. And I checked it with the amount it took to fill it up.

Took pic of the dash showing mpg but don’t know how to post it.

Standard hybrid. I am blown away with this car. And I’ve had over 50 in my life

Last 700 miles produced 68.8 mpg. I could not be happier with this vehicle.

I'm just approaching 5k miles in my Premium SE and the one thing that staggers me about this car is that the engine will cut out at over 70mph and the car will run on battery power.

Wow! The mpg of you car is quite impressive.

I just bought this very car and love it. The mileage is incredible. I'm getting average 5.0L/100KM. No idea what that is in MPG though.
