Why my data lost

When i sync update data from mobile app (acar) to server (fuelly.com).
my Purchased Rec., Sold Rec.and Accident Rec. are lost!
It's happen again and again after error sync.

Where're Cloud server?
I can not find, and i can restore my data to my mobile aright?
