Missed fuel up - but know mileage

If you miss logging in a fuelup, but you know how many miles it was since last fuelup (I reset the trip every time I fuel up) can this still be entered and calculated based on mileage since last fuelup? A simple calculation based on miles since last fuelup option in the app. From what I read, selecting missed fuelup makes the app not calculate MPG. Can I just enter the trip miles in and not select the missed fuelup to get the MPG calculated.

Depends what method your using, if you use total odometer reading, then you must check missed fuel up otherwise it will add the miles on the current tank, and the previous one as one big tank and your mpg for that fuel up will be about double what it should. If your using trip reading, then it doesn't matter if you miss 1 tank or 101, fuelly calculates the mileage on a tank by tank basis. Hope that makes sense.

I see. Thanks, Draigflag! I'll keep that in mind.
