That is odd. I guess the low tech piece of wire that connects my pedal to my throwout arm deal wins.

I told you last night that the master cylinder is for the brakes. The slaver cylinder is for the clutch. According to the mechanic they are both leaking, which according to SVOBoy is common for Hondas. My brake master cylinder is leaking too, but all I do is top off the fluid every so often. No biggie.

I'd get a second opinion on the car. I think that $700 for a new clutch and to fix the master and slave cylinder is rather pricey. Odds are the leaks can be stopped rather easily.

Yeah, my stuffg is leaking along the bb/mc connection. I have a spare set that looks non-leaked if you wanna buy it,:p

My grandpa checked the car and said everything is fine. He said if it does leak just add some fluid.

I guess I won't be going to that dealer anymore. The drive was a ***** too, it's like 15 miles from the house and I had to go up some steep hills.

I'll just go to the dealer that's 4 miles from my house. Their sales sucks but their service rocks.

Whoops, just saw I never answered this.

My distance travelled is fine. The discrepancy was in fuel used.

There's a fuel adjustment. At fill-up time (or any other time), you can correct a mismatch between the pump and the SG by changing this parameter, either up or down.

You can also adjust distance travelled separately.

Just installed the Belly Pan, Grille Block and front wheel spoilers on the VX.

I also installed all of the instrumentation that I had on the Del Sol. The Dash is pretty full but I am well informed now. :p Notice the accuracy of the Air Speed Indicator. This was a leasurely drive in the park from a cold start. The 35.55 km/L translates to 83.5ish MPG.

MetroMPG said: Well, Dan, you beat me to the belly pan. I made just the front portion last weekend, but didn't install it. Guess I'd better get to it.

Those HX wheels sure look nice. Better than the stock ones. Too bad you're going to cover them up for a smooth surface... right??

The DMM - is that to monitor fuel level or lean burn?
Yes, I cut one wheel cover but screwed it up. The DMM now monitors the O2 sensor for lean burn status.

Looking forward to your next batch of highway numbers for comparison.

SVOboy 09-03-2006 08:16 AM

Dude, your dash it bloated! I'm stealing that MID picture by that way.

And, holy cow, 34% engine on!

kickflipjr 09-03-2006 01:04 PM

You got a bit too much going on with that dash. You can barely read some of the original gauges.
