LLR Tires

How much of an increase in FE do you think that LLR will give? krousdb saw almost 10% increase when he went to LLR and lightweight wheels. How much of that do you think is wheels and how much tires? 70/30?

As I have said before, I noticed 3-5 MPG. But that was going from larger/wider than stock tires to stock sized lightweight/LRR tires. Going from stock non LRR to LRR will yield less improvement I would expect. From what I have read in some of the articles that have been posted here is that you should expect 1-2% from LRR.

I didn't get much, if anything by switching to Continental Contipro's. It may be that the tires I had were already pretty good. I did have the old ones significantly overinflated to 43 psi. The Conti's are allowed 44 psi so its no problem for them. The weight was the same.
