Set new personal best for a tank. 42.36 (412.2 mi.)

Coasted in N (ALOT), went the speed limit or less changed some of the city part of my commute to use another hill. 44psi in tires.

Adding racing discs (hubcaps) this week found a great deal and will share details soon, also goes to dealer tomorrow for 5k mi oil change which will be synthetic.

Kicking around 50psi in the tires.

Lastly, Campaign signs are popping up everywhere :) may have to see what creative things I can block.

wow, that's amazing for the yaris, especially in hilly terrain.
is your commute fairly fluid hwy driving, or do you deal with a lot of traffic and stops?

this shows my commute pretty accurately.

Commute that includes a small
mountain, 23 miles of 55mph road, 13 miles of 65mph road, and 15 miles
of stop and go rush hour highway miles avg 35mph or less.

What speed does your tranmission shift into its last gear?

ketel0ne 09-11-2006 03:34 PM

There is a weird 55-65mph dead spot for 3rd and 4th. To work it out you just use the pedal.

Whats the road just north of your route that runs parallels it. Any chance that you could get on that and travel about 53 mph in 4th or would the traffic be stop and go?

CONGRATS! I'm right there with you man...trying for a 500 mile tank though. :)

Speed limit is 45 there is roughly 25 sets of lights and slower than stop and go traffic. There is about the same number of subdivisions at each of those lights with commuters heading the same way. In non rush hour that is definatly a perferred FE route. My route is 2 toll roads to avoid it.

Congrats on the record tank:thumbup: Your gaslog is definately heading the right way:)
